Recently moved to Margate from London, I am a private chef focussed on creating honest, seasonal dishes. Having started life in a North London Italian family restaurant, I'm obsessed with how food brings people together.
I'm a Chef and Food Stylist with a five-year tenure at Jamie Oliver and a background in artisan pizza at Dusty Knuckle. Whether it's an intimate private dinner, a bespoke wedding, or a TV set, I thrive on creating beautiful food—especially when there’s an outdoor kitchen involved.
I love hosting pasta workshops and running my own supper club under the brand '45th Generation Roman'

I believe weddings should feel like the ultimate dinner party—intimate, intentional, and centred around incredible food. While I love the focus of a small gathering, I’m fully equipped to scale that same bespoke experience for up to 150 guests. My team and I specialise in bringing the drama of outdoor cooking to your big day, using open-fire techniques to create a menu that’s as much an experience as it is a meal.
